June-August 2009
James and Myself have been in Pemba, Mozambique at Iris Missions School. It has been phenominal listening to all the different speakers that have come in from all over the world to share their experiences with God and how God has used them to change the world. Very inspiring!! The Lord has really done a deep work in us showing us many things. We also were able to see God doing many miracles, healing the deaf and sickness in people's bodies. I really never thought this was actually possbile until I experienced it firsthand. So our lives have been changed and we both want to live in this place of Supernatural Faith experiencing all that God has for us.
I feel the Lord has spoken to myself over the summer (Dana) about starting a Supernatural Soccer School where we train youth that have a heart for God and people to become soccer missionarys in different countries where they can use their talents for the Glory of God. I believe this school was God showing me how to run a children's center/and a missions school and how He wants to care for the poor.
Sept 1st-30 2009
We will be in Indonesia working with Street kids doing Futsal/Beach Soccer and soccer in Bali, Nias Island, Jakarta and possibly working with the Futsal National team of Indonesia. It should be a great experience!
October-November 2009
Been asked to staff the next Iris School of Missions during this time but also have the opporunity to go to Australia to help with some soccer coaching with Ambassodors in Sport. Please pray that it becomes clear what the Lord wants us to do.
December: I (Dana) will be coming back to California and will be a best man for my friend Adam Moffat who plays for the Columbus Crew....we will be wearing kilts hopefully with nothing underneath...j/k. His wedding is on Dec 5th. Hopfully Adam can come out to our Winter camp that we believe is still going to take place every year.
This year it looks like Jan 4th-8th 2010 we will have our annual Futsal/soccer/beach soccer camp at the same location!
